Is it normal to see double vision just before a panic attack?

I keep having these spells where my heart beats really fast and I get all shaky an short of breath and faint and all that fun. The doctor said it was panic attacks, even though I can’t think of anything that would cause such a thing. Now I’m having these spells and my vision is doubling and shaking before and during these attacks! Ahhh, help!
