Is it important to see a doctor just because my vision goes black when I stand?

~~~~~~~~ asked:
It’s rather bothersome, so I was wondering if a doctor could help me stop this from happening (or really anything else, for that matter).
Basically, I lose my vision, my body starts to tingle, and I begin shaking noticeably. It happens 4 out of the 5 times I get up. I’ve seen many questions based on this before, but I just can’t tell if it’s very important or not.
Kory: Yeah, I usually slouch and lose my balance.
Ellen F asked:
I tend to naturally use peripheral vision when driving. I could focus on the road but immediately notice a car on the far right doing something wrong enough to jeopardize my car or life.
But is that normal and/or good?
Mr. Wisdom asked:
I’m aware that certain loss of peripheral vision, such as tunnel vision, can’t be treated or reversed but I was curious if there were natural way sto improve or treat bad peripheral vision as well as bad night vision.
dOOBSTA asked:
Just wondering if there is any possibility of someone with near-sightedness to join the air force, with the possibility of becoming a jet-fighter pilot. I’ve always heard that most, if not all, pilots have perfect 20/20 vision or better. I’ve also read that those with Lasik eye surgery are not allowed to become jet pilots since there are concerns regarding their safety. Can someone please shed some light. Thank you!
